Writing on product decisions, enterprise workflows and how software work gets done. Short pieces that answer first.

What makes a case study credible? Role, constraints, evidence and uncertainty
Draft awaiting approval
A case study is credible when the reader can tell exactly who did what, under which constraints, what can be shown as evidence and what remains uncertain. Polished outcomes without those four things read as marketing, and experienced readers discount them.
An enterprise workflow is a management problem before it is a software problem
Draft awaiting approval
Digitising an approval process only helps when the organisation has first agreed who owns each step, what a complete request looks like and what happens when someone does not act. Software makes those decisions visible and repeatable. It cannot make them for you.
