Six platforms I helped deliver during my employment, from store checkouts to HR.
Work done in employment
These platforms were delivered during my employment, by in-house teams and, where a page says so, an external supplier. They are owned and operated by the respective organisations. I do not own, sell or license them. Each page separates my role from the team's.
Six platforms
The cases span retail operations, administrative systems, fuel workflows, process automation, a customer channel and HR. Each one covers the problem, how the team delivered, what changed in the organisation and what I learned.

What changed, case by case
The same four questions for every case. Where no measured result has been published, the cell says so rather than guessing.
