Who is responsible

Gönenç Türkekul, based in Istanbul, Türkiye, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at gonencturkekul@gmail.com.

What data is processed

The site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools or contact forms, and it does not ask you to create an account.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. The hosting provider may keep this in server logs for security and operation. I do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

When you email me

Contact links on this site open your own email program. If you write to me, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write.

I use this only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of our conversation. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or share your message with anyone else. Please do not send sensitive personal data, such as health information, by email.

I keep emails for as long as the conversation is relevant, and delete them when you ask unless I have a legal reason to keep them. My email is provided by a third-party email service, which processes messages on my behalf.
