About these terms

Content Poster (also called insta-poster) is built and operated by Gönenç Türkekul, an individual based in Istanbul, Türkiye ('I', 'me'). By using the app or connecting an account to it, you agree to these terms and to the Content Poster privacy policy at gonencturkekul.com/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the service does

Content Poster takes photos and videos from a Google Drive folder and publishes them, with captions, to connected Instagram professional accounts and, when enabled, YouTube channels, either right away or on a schedule. It can also prepare drafts with AI tools and send them to Telegram for approval.

The app is private. There is no public sign-up, and access is given only by me. I may change, pause or stop the app, or any feature, at any time.

Accounts and access

You may connect only accounts, pages and channels you own or are authorised to manage. Keep your login details secret and tell me straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what is published through your access.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you publish. You give Content Poster only the permission it needs to read, process and publish that content on your behalf.

You must have the rights to everything you publish, including music, images, footage and voices, and your content must not be unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful or harmful. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted drafts, including captions, visuals and synthetic voice-overs, before you approve them, and for labelling AI-generated content where a platform or the law requires it.

Third-party platforms

Content Poster relies on services run by others, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (YouTube and Drive), Telegram and Anthropic. Your use of those services stays subject to their own terms, such as Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). Content Poster is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Telegram or Anthropic.

Those platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time, which may stop a post from being published or a feature from working. I am not responsible for their decisions, outages or actions on your accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Content Poster to send spam, run automated engagement such as fake likes or follows, get around platform limits, publish content for accounts you do not control, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app.

I may suspend or end access at any time if these terms or a platform's rules are broken, or to protect the app or its users. You can stop using the app at any time and revoke its access as described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

Content Poster is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. I do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that scheduled posts will go out at an exact time, or that a platform will accept every post. Keep your own copies of your media.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, lost followers or reach, or for actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs caused by content you publish or by your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted here, and continued use means you accept it. Questions: gonencturkekul@gmail.com. Last updated 4 November 2026.
